Yoseph has competed regularly, receiving awards from competitions such as Crescendo International Music Competition, CMC (Canadian Music Competition) and OMFA (Ontario Music Festival Association), as well as multiple other regional competitions. Yoseph has performed in halls such as Carnegie Hall. He is also a 1st Violinist in the Canadian Youth Chamber Orchestra (CYCO).Yoseph has performed with musicians such as Jonathan Crow, Evan Pyne, Isaac Seo, and many more, as well as with conductors such as Oliver Balaburski, Rafael Luz, and Denis Mastomonaco. He has studied privately for over a decade, dedicated to both technical mastery and emotional depth, seeking to connect with listeners through a wide range of musical languages.Yoseph remains committed to his growth as a soloist and chamber musician, aiming to inspire the next generation of performers.

She is also a 2nd violinist in the Canadian Youth Chamber Orchestra (CYCO).Sarah is excited to continue sharing her passion for violin through teaching and performing.

We place a strong emphasis on proper posture, intonation, rhythm, listening skills, and theory, ensuring students develop healthy playing habits and confidence as they progress.Through personalized one-on-one instruction, our teachers adapt lessons to each student’s individual pace, personality, and goals, whether preparing for Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) examinations, performances, recitals, auditions, competitions, or simply learning for personal enjoyment.In addition to technical training, we emphasize the importance of developing musicality, creativity, discipline, and self-confidence. Students are encouraged to express themselves artistically while learning valuable life skills such as patience, focus, patience, and self-expression.Learning the violin should bring joy, creativity, and personal growth. Beginner violin lessons focus on holding the instrument correctly, reading and practicing music, as well as basic scales and rhythms. Regular practice helps improve tone, confidence, and intonation over time. We strive to make these lessons enjoyable by adapting exercises to the student’s pace and interests, helping each student develop both technique and a lifelong appreciation for music.<h3>Intermediate Violin Lessons</h3>Intermediate violin lessons focus on developing technique, improving musical expression, and building confidence in performance. Students will work on more advanced techniques, such as shifting, vibrato, and more advanced bowings, as well as improved intonation. Lessons often include scales, arpeggios, and études that strengthen finger agility, tone quality, and control of the violin, as well as learning more challenging pieces from a variety of different styles and periods, helping them develop musical interpretation, dynamics, and emotional expression. Students gain the confidence to perform with greater accuracy, artistry, and musical maturity.<h3>Performance Preparation</h3>Performance preparation lessons give young musicians the opportunity to build the technical skill, and stage presence needed for successful performances. These lessons focus on refining repertoire, improving accuracy, and developing advanced musical expression so that students can perform with confidence. We work with students on details such as tone quality, dynamics, phrasing, posture, and communication with the audience. Students learn strategies for memorization, concentration, and managing performance anxiety.
